The Tropical Dense forest project of “We”- We for Environment is an indigenous adaptation having its genesis from renowned Japanese botanist and ecologist, Akira Miyawaki’s dense forest concept. The planted dense forest resembles in composition and structure to the forest which is closer to what would exist in the absence of human activity, grows quickly and shows very good ecological resilience.
